Hyaluronic acid is present in every living organism and is present in the skin of humans. Hyaluronic acid works to preserve the moisture levels in our skin and boost the tone of the skin. As we age the levels of hyaluronic acid on our skin begin to decrease. The skin begins to dry out and gives us the appearance of fine lines and eventually wrinkles

How does Teosyal work?

Teosyal is designed to restore the levels of hyaluronic acid on our skin, hydrating the skin to help alleviate the signs of ageing. Teosyal gels are capable of holding 1000 times their weight in water giving the skin volume. The skin appears younger as lines and wrinkles are filled out. Teosyal acts as a very powerful moisturising technique to the affected areas of the face, replacing the hyaluronic acid that the body can no longer produce.

What is the treatment procedure?

The Teosyal product is injected directly into lines and wrinkles instantly filling out the lines and wrinkles reducing their appearance. Teosyal is then injected into the areas where the tissue is relaxed creating an immediate volume in the skin making it appear tighter. The procedure will be carried out using a micro needle; this is to promote comfort and precision. Anaesthetic cream or local anaesthetic maybe used in this procedure.
