How long does it last?

The effects of Dermal Fillers last in the region of 6-9 months. This is dependent on certain factors such as healthiness of skin, exposure to sun, or smoking and alcohol.

Are there any side effects?

There may be some minimal bruising following the procedure but this resolves itself after a few days. Swelling in lip treatments may last longer and patients that are prone to cold sores may experience an outburst following the treatment.
